We all have a thirst for wonder. It’s a deeply human quality. Science and religion are both bound up with it. What I’m saying is, you don’t have to make stories up, you don’t have to exaggerate. There’s wonder and awe enough in the real world. Nature’s a lot better at inventing wonders than we are.

is it weird to be dating a girl that people name their penis's after?

@Anonymous

Sara is a terrible name for a penis.

Space X - The Future

I’m not sure everyone gets how big of a deal privatized space exploration is. We no longer are tethered to a government program for leaving this planet. No longer do we need to wait for our governments to allocate money for science programs. When we were engaged in the space race, competing against the world we pushed our science farther than we could have imagined, literally to the moon. Now we have the possibility of different companies, and organizations racing each other to new milestones in space. There are two places in the world that are more competitive than any other, science and business. By combining these two worlds, our horizons won’t end at the ISS, or at the moon. SpaceX is the beginning of a whole new age of science, extremely competitive, lucrative space exploration that will bring humans closer to space, and maybe even more important, space closer to us.

Today, SpaceX sent a Dragon capsule into space.  It will later attempt to dock with the International Space Station (ISS), and become the first private company to ever do so.

let's get pregnant!

Shits good, saw the partial solar eclipse with Sara and my Aunt in Eastern Oregon. Witnessed a woman cry from the pictures she was taking of it. Ate some good fucking wings. 5-6 hours of driving well worth it.
